We are based out of Itukalapalli Village. Our office is at D.No 1-903. This is in the Anantapur Rural area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it here. The air is a bit clearer and it is not as loud as the town center. We have a simple setup. It is just a small building where we keep our supplies and do our paperwork. Most of us are from around Anantapur, so we know the local landscape well. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We just use what we have to get things done. Some days we are out in the village more than we are in the office. There is always something that needs looking after. We don't have a big team of experts. We are just local folks who decided to work together. We don't write long reports with lots of charts. We just talk to people and see what they need. Sometimes the roads around here get dusty, especially in the dry season. We just deal with it. Our office hours are not always strictly nine to five. If there is work to do, we stay until it is finished. It is a modest way of doing things, but it works for us. We just want to be useful where we are. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep going, day by day.
