Sai Nidhi Builders operates from the 1st floor of Shree Sai Plaza. We are located on Gopuram Road, which is usually quite busy. Our office is where we handle all the planning and paperwork for our construction projects. We’ve been building around this area for a while now. It’s not a massive company with a huge fleet of trucks, but we have our own crew and some reliable subcontractors. You’ll often find blueprints spread across the tables and the phone ringing about material deliveries. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office might be empty for a few hours during the day. We don't use fancy marketing brochures with perfect photos. We prefer to show people the actual houses and buildings we've finished. Building something is a lot of work and involves a lot of headaches, but we just deal with them as they come. We try to be direct with people about costs and timelines. Construction never goes exactly as planned, and we are honest about that. People come to us because they want someone local who they can actually talk to. If you go to Shree Sai Plaza, just head up to the first floor. It’s a simple office, nothing fancy. We focus more on the bricks and mortar than the decor of our workspace. It’s a tough business, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing.
