Roshan Construction L.L.C

Our place is Door No. 9/458 in Kadiri. Being in Andhra Pradesh, specifically in the 515 591 area, means we deal with a lot of local heat and specific building needs. Roshan Construction L.L.C has been running out of this Kadiri location for some time now. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical office where we manage our building projects. We spend a lot of time coordinating with workers and getting materials delivered to different spots around the region. The office is simple and stays busy throughout the week. You won't find any corporate jargon here, just talk about bricks, cement, and deadlines. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a bit messy when we have multiple jobs going on at once. It’s just the two of us and a small crew usually. We like being based in Kadiri because we know the people and the land around here. Every project has its own set of problems to solve and we just take them one by one. The door is usually open if the weather is nice. We aren't really into big advertisements or anything. Most of what we do comes from folks in town who need something built and know where our office is. It's a quiet life but the work is steady. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task. If a wall needs fixing or a new shop needs to go up, we are just right down the road from the main market area.
