Pradhan Foundation

We are located near the Nahar Ajgaraha Road in Anantpur. It's a busy enough spot, right by the canal. Shivendra Singh Pradhan Parisar is where we stay and do our daily work. Most people know the way because of the road, but sometimes the landmarks change. We’ve been here for a while now, just running Pradhan Foundation from this spot. It’s not a big corporate setup at all. We have a couple of desks and some chairs where we sit and talk to people who come by from the local area. Usually, there’s tea being made in the back and someone is talking about the latest news from the village. We try to help out when someone has a problem they can’t fix by themselves. It’s mostly just being a good neighbor and looking out for each other. The road can get a little noisy with the traffic going towards the canal, but we don’t mind it much. It’s part of the daily life here in Anantpur. Sometimes we spend the whole day just listening to stories from the elders. It helps us understand what’s actually happening around us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. Everything is pretty informal. If the door is open, it means we are there working on something. We just do the work that comes our way and hope it makes some kind of a difference to the families who live nearby.
