P K H Food Product is based out of Subhash Nagar, at Flat No. 1317 in Anantpura. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than the big industrial zones you find in other parts of the city. We actually started this whole thing right from where we live because we didn't have much money for a big factory at the start. We handle small batches of various food items, mostly the kind of things people use in their own kitchens every single day. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside the flat, but we keep everything very clean and organized so we can get the work done. There are only a few of us working here, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. We don't have any big delivery trucks or a sales team. Usually, people just call us up to place an order and then we figure out how to get it to them. Sometimes we even carry the boxes ourselves if the customer lives nearby. It is a very personal way to run things. We don't use flashy packaging or big colorful labels. We just use simple bags that show exactly what is inside. It is a humble business, but it keeps us busy and we like it that way. People in the building know what we are doing and they sometimes stop by to buy a bag of something directly. We aren't trying to be famous or huge.
