New Galaxy Pharma is over at Door No-28-1-437 in Budhappa Nagar. It’s a busy spot because we’re right across from the Collector Office, which always has people coming and going. Having such a big landmark nearby helps people find us, even if the traffic can be a bit much sometimes. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just shelves packed with medicine boxes and a high counter where we work. We spend a lot of time unpacking shipments and checking that everything is where it should be. It gets a bit crowded when a lot of stock arrives at once, but we manage to find space. The noise from the street is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. We try to keep what people need on hand, though occasionally we have to wait for the distributors to bring more. I’ve been here long enough to recognize most of the faces that walk through the door. We don't have any flashy displays or anything like that. It’s a very straightforward place. We open up early and usually stay until the evening hours. The air is always a bit cooler inside because we have to keep the medicines at the right temperature for storage. It’s steady work, and it keeps us occupied throughout the day. People come in with their papers, and we do what we can to help them out quickly so they can get back to their own business.
