Myle Cuisine Private Limited is our little company over in Sai Nagar. The address is 12/3/62 here in Anantapur. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Andhra Pradesh for a while now. It’s a regular building on a regular street. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just our name so people know it’s us. The work we do is mostly about getting the food right. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area making sure everything is handled properly. It’s not always pretty work. There is a lot of cleaning and prep that goes on behind the scenes. We don't have a PR person to make us sound important. We are just a group of people who like to cook and serve food. The neighborhood of Sai Nagar is fairly quiet, and we like the people who live around here. We see the same faces every day. Our days usually start early and end late, especially when there are big orders to fill. We don't have a lot of rules, we just expect everyone to do their part. Sometimes the kitchen gets too hot and everyone gets a bit cranky, but we get through it. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to run a decent business and keep our customers coming back for more. It’s simple, really.
