We operate out of Andhra Pradesh, handling the local side of things for the company. It’s a different pace here compared to some of the bigger city offices, which we actually quite like. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different sites and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. We don't have a massive warehouse, but we have enough space to manage what comes our way. The weather gets pretty hot, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the sun really starts beating down on the roof. It’s just a few of us running the show, and we've learned to be pretty handy with whatever comes up, whether it’s a logistics glitch or just a broken fan in the breakroom. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the local requirements. People around here know us as the quiet lot who just get on with it. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather just show you the progress we’ve made on the weekly schedule. It's steady work, and it keeps us busy from Monday through Saturday. We’ve grown to know the local suppliers well, which helps when things get urgent. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day. The office is small but it works for us. We just keep our heads down.
