We are located right at the Zuari Cement Plant in Krishna Nagar, Yerraguntla. It is a dusty part of Kadapah, but that’s where the work is. Working for Larsen & Toubro Ltd here means you get used to the sounds of the machinery and the trucks coming in and out. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where things get made. We spend most of our time out on the floor or in the small office area we have set up. It’s practical and built for getting things done rather than looking nice for visitors. The heat in Andhra Pradesh can be something else, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and everyone around here knows the plant. It’s a landmark in this area. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work clothes, likely busy with something. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s just us, the cement, and the daily grind. We like it that way because it’s honest work. You won't find any big speeches here. We just handle the tasks as they come and try to keep things moving for the next shift. It is a long day usually, but we feel good about what we finish.
