Kunera Estates

Kunera Estates is located at number 96 in LB Nagar, which is very close to the Anantapur Railway Station. You can hear the trains passing by throughout the day, which is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Being near the station means there is always someone new coming into town looking for a place to settle down. We handle a lot of land plots and small houses around this side of Anantapur. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while we go over the paperwork. It can get a bit dusty with the construction happening nearby, but we keep the place as tidy as we can. Most of our work involves driving out to the edges of the city to look at new plots. We have to check the boundaries and make sure the papers are all in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities. We aren't a big corporation with fancy brochures. We just write down the details on a notepad and show people the actual ground. Sometimes we share a meal with clients if the deal takes a long time. It’s just how we do things here. The railway station area is always changing, and we are just trying to keep up with who is buying and who is selling in the LB Nagar area.
