Jcb Gold Fields

Jcb Gold Fields is located out on the service road at 143-64. It’s a busy spot because of all the trucks and heavy vehicles moving up and down the highway. Our yard is usually full of yellow machines, some new and some that look like they’ve seen a lot of hard work out in the dirt. There’s always the sound of metal clanking or an engine being revved up to check something. The office is just a small room with a lot of heavy calendars on the walls and cabinets filled with manuals. It’s usually a bit dusty because of the road, no matter how much we sweep. We spend most of our day talking to operators and mechanics who need parts or have questions about a specific model. Sometimes we have to go out to a site if a machine gets stuck or breaks down, which means long drives and coming back with mud on our boots. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass walls. It’s more of a practical place where people come when they have work to do. The kettle is always on for whoever drops by. We just deal with the machinery and make sure the parts are where they need to be when a customer calls us up. We often have to move things around with the forklift just to make space for a new delivery coming in late.
