Hajeea.P.Bava&Co operates out of Guruvammal Illam, which is located in Rammuni Nagar right on the Kallikudi Main Road. We are part of the T.Kallupatti area in Madurai district. It is a busy spot with plenty of traffic going past the door every day. The office is really just a part of the house, which makes it feel very personal. I think that is how business should be done, close to home and with a direct connection to the community. We have been here for a while, and the people around Madurai know us as a place that just gets on with things. We don't have a website with fancy graphics or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just answer the phone, talk to the clients, and try to sort out the logistics for our projects. The road outside can get pretty loud with the buses and tractors, but inside we keep things organized as best as we can. Being in Tamil Nadu, we deal with a lot of local regulations and work with people from all over the district. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and the heat in the afternoon makes things slow down a bit, but we always catch up. It’s a simple way of living and working, and it has served us well so far. We just do the work that is requested.
