G. K. Constructions

Down in the Old Town area, specifically on Kuraba Street, you’ll find G. K. Constructions. Our address is Dr No:22/89. It’s an old building, fitting for the neighborhood. We deal with building materials and small construction jobs around this part of the city. I’ve lived in Old Town my whole life, so I know these streets like the back of my hand. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and samples of bricks or tiles. It’s not a shiny corporate space. We have some old wooden chairs for when people come in to talk about their projects. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone’s roof needs fixing or they want to add a room, and they come find us on Kuraba Street. It’s a tight-knit community here. The streets are narrow, so getting big trucks in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We just do our best with what we have. I usually have a helper or two around, but mostly it’s just me managing the day-to-day stuff. We’ve seen the city grow a lot, but this part of town stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. If you’re looking for someone to help with a project, you can just drop by. We’re usually here unless we’re out at a site checking on the work. It’s busy but we always have time for a quick chat with neighbors passing by. Building things is just what we know how to do best.
