My name is Jagadeesh and I am the son of S. Nagendra Rao. I work as an assistant engineer for electrical projects in the Tadpatri area. You can find me at Door Number 9-228, right in the middle of Chinna Bazar. It is a very crowded part of town in the Anantapur district, and there is always something happening outside my door. Being an engineer means I am often out on the street or visiting sites rather than just sitting at a desk. I handle a lot of the local electrical issues and help plan out the wiring for various buildings. It is a very practical job and I often have grease or dust on my hands by the end of the day. The state of Andhra Pradesh can have some tough weather, and that often leads to power problems that I have to help fix. My office is not a fancy corporate space. It is just a room filled with tools, blueprints, and rolls of wire. People from the bazaar often stop by to ask for advice or to report a problem with their connection. I grew up here, so I know almost everyone in the neighborhood. I don't use any big words or complicated explanations when people ask me for help. I just try to figure out what is wrong and get the power back on. It is a lot of work, but it is important for the town.
