Niki Corporation

Being located at 34, Gidc Estate, right opposite Migweld, means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. Niki Corporation operates in a space that is more about function than anything else. You can hear the sounds of welding and heavy machinery from the neighbors all day long, but that’s just part of life in an industrial estate. Our building is a sturdy structure that has seen a lot of activity over the years. We mostly deal with parts and supplies that other businesses around here need to keep their own operations running. The floors are concrete and there is usually a bit of dust because of the trucks moving in and out of the yard. We have a small crew that knows exactly where every single bolt and piece of equipment is stored on the tall shelves. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished floors or expensive art on the walls. We have a few old chairs in the break area and a calendar that’s usually a month behind. Our days are filled with taking orders, checking the inventory, and making sure the deliveries are loaded correctly. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches or big plans. We just make sure that when someone needs a specific part for their machine, we can find it and get it to them without too much fuss.
