At Arihant Auto Parts, we’ve got our shop set up opposite the Naresh Way Bridge, right near the Janta Crossing. It’s a spot that sees a lot of heavy vehicles passing through, so the ground usually shakes a little when a big truck goes over the bridge. Janta Crossing is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but it keeps things interesting. Our place is packed from floor to ceiling with auto parts. It’s a bit of a challenge to find things sometimes, but we usually know which corner to look in. The shelves are heavy and made of old metal, and there’s a thick layer of dust on the items that don't move as fast. We don’t have air conditioning, so we just keep the front shutters open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and checking part numbers against old ledgers. We don’t use any fancy software for inventory; it’s mostly just us knowing what we have. Sometimes customers come in and stay for a while just to talk about their cars or the local news. It’s a casual environment, very much a local business where we just do our thing every day without any big fuss or complicated systems. We’ve gotten used to the noise from the bridge and the constant stream of people coming through the door asking for parts we might have in stock.
