Our shop is located at Plot No. Gk-10, in Zone E-4 of Phase-1. We are right behind Shakti Enterprise in the Gidc Estate. It’s a typical industrial area with a lot of noise and movement. We handle technical work here, mostly stuff that people bring in from other units in the estate. The space is a bit cramped with all the parts and tools we have lying around, but we know where everything is. Being in the Gidc means we are surrounded by other people doing similar industrial jobs. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Most of our day is spent fixing things or trying to figure out a technical problem someone brought us. It's not always clean work, and our hands are usually covered in grease or dust. We’ve been at this plot for a few years. It suits us because it's right in the middle of the action. People around here know us as the guys who can take a look at their gear when it breaks down. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't much more to it than that. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. Simple and direct. If we can fix it, we will, and if we can’t, we’ll tell you straight. It’s how we’ve always operated in this estate.
