Anupam Industries Ltd.

Anupam Industries Ltd. is located right at 138, GIDC in Udyognagar, via Anand. Being in a GIDC area means we’re surrounded by other factories and workshops, which makes for a pretty loud and active environment throughout the day. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time now. Our main focus is just getting through the production schedule every week. It’s a lot of metal, machines, and moving parts that need constant attention. The guys on the floor know their way around the equipment, and they're the ones who really keep the place running. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks. It’s a practical workspace designed for heavy work. Some days the heat in the shed can be quite a lot, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to for an order. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are calibrated and the orders are moving along like they should. We’re just a bunch of regular people from the Anand area who know how to build things. We don't talk much about "strategies" or "visions" here. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra hours to catch up. That’s just life at 138 GIDC.
