Vinod Industries

Vinod Industries is tucked away at Plot No. 5 Ph Ii, Gidc, V U Nagar. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We handle different kinds of industrial work depending on what's needed. The building has been there for a bit, and it shows, but it does what it's supposed to. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. Instead, we spend our hours looking at the machines and checking the output. Sometimes the power goes out or things run slow, but that’s just how it is in V U Nagar. We keep the doors open and just get on with it. You might have to look twice to find the sign, but we are right there at Plot No. 5. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty most afternoons. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just simple manufacturing that keeps things moving. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. We drink our chai, look at the schedule, and start the day. It’s a straightforward life at the workshop. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. It's just us at the Gidc site, making parts and making sure they get delivered on time. It's honest work and we take it as it comes. We’ve had some leaky pipes lately and the floor is a bit uneven, but we make do.
