We are located at Plot No. 401 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a good-sized space, mostly filled with bags of plastic granules and the molding machines. If you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the heat from the heaters and the rhythmic thumping of the presses. We work with polymers all day long. It’s a messy business sometimes, with scrap pieces needing to be recycled and the floor needing a constant sweep. There’s a small office tucked in the corner, but it’s mostly used for keeping the ledger and taking phone calls. Most of our day is spent out on the floor, making sure the temperature settings are right so the plastic flows like it should. We’ve got a handful of workers who know these machines inside and out. We don’t really do fancy marketing or have a big sales team. Most people find us because they know we’re here in the estate. We eat our lunch together in the shade when it’s warm out. Life here is about making things, day in and day out. Sometimes the cooling water system acts up, or a mold gets stuck, but we’ve seen it all before. We just grab the tools and fix it ourselves. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be part of the local industrial community here. It’s just about getting the parts made right.
