Mini Sarvodyog Sira

Our place, Mini Sarvodyog Sira, is over at Plot No. 214 in the GIDC area of Vitthal Udhyognagar. It’s a busy part of Vallabh Vidhya Nagar, and there is always something going on in the streets around us. We’ve got a fairly simple setup here. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with what we need to get the work done. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose because it’s easier to manage things when you know every person working for you. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the main road again. We spend our mornings getting the machines warmed up and checking the supplies. There’s no big corporate office telling us what to do. We just look at what orders came in and get started. Sometimes we run out of materials and have to wait for a delivery, which gives us a chance to clean up the shop floor a bit. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. People in the GIDC know us as the quiet spot on the corner of the plot. We don't make much noise unless we have to. It's just a matter of showing up, doing the work, and heading home to our families. That's the way it's been for years now. We have some old desks in the corner where we handle the paperwork, but mostly we are on our feet.
