Ricasil Industries

We are located at 703/1 in the GIDC area of Vithal Udhyognagar. Ricasil Industries has been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sounds of the work being done. We have a small office section, but most of the space is for the actual industrial side of things. Vithal Udhyognagar is a busy place with a lot of other businesses around us. We see the same people every day and have a good rhythm going. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decor because that’s not what we’re about. We’re about getting the orders finished and making sure things are okay. The staff here are just regular people who know their jobs well. We don't use corporate speak or have big meetings about innovation. We just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big shipment going out, but we usually manage. The floors are a bit scuffed and the walls could use a new coat of paint, but it doesn’t affect the work. We like being in the GIDC because everything we need is close by. It’s a hardworking environment, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
