If you know where the Anand Hypermarket is near the local pump, then you’ve basically found our office. We are tucked in there at Undaplavu in Podiyadi. It’s a small operation, really. Aravind helps keep things running, and we just deal with the local community members who want a safe place for their small savings. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with shiny glass windows and uniforms. It’s mostly just sitting down at the wooden desk, checking the ledger, and talking to the people we’ve known for years in this area. Life here moves at its own pace, and we try to match that. Sometimes the shop gets a bit noisy because of the hypermarket nearby, but it’s a good spot because everyone passes by eventually for their groceries. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people in. We handle the paperwork for the Nidhi side of things and make sure the small loans or deposits are handled properly without a lot of fuss.
