Sypram Food Processing Private Limited is situated on the Tarapur to Ahmedabad road. Our actual spot is 269-1 in the Tarapur area of Anand. Being right on the main road means we see a lot of trucks and buses passing by at all hours. It can get pretty dusty because of all the traffic, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on food processing, so there is always some kind of machine running or something being moved. It’s a practical place. We don't have a lot of quiet time during the day. The building is more of a functional space than an office. We have our equipment and a small area where we keep the records. It gets very hot in Anand during the summer, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. Everyone who works here lives nearby. We aren't some big company from the city with a lot of rules. We just know what needs to be processed and we get to it. Sometimes the machines need fixing and that takes up the whole afternoon. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of work to keep everything clean and running, but it’s our job. We’ve been at this 388180 location for a good while and the locals know us.
