You can find Socioven Global Private Limited at Flat A204 in the Shapath Flats. We are located in Karamsad, right on the Vidhyanagar Road in Anand. It is a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive commercial complex. Being on Vidhyanagar Road means we are close to a lot of the local activity in Anand, but once we are inside the flat, it’s mostly just quiet work. We have set up our workspace in the different rooms of the apartment. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when everyone is in, but it works for us. We do a lot of global-oriented work from this small corner of Gujarat. There are no big signs outside, just the door to A204. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the dust from the road can be a bit much. Most of our day involves sitting at laptops and discussing whatever tasks are on the schedule. It is a very grounded environment. We don't use any fancy titles or have a strict dress code. It’s just a group of people in Anand trying to keep the business moving. The neighborhood is pretty friendly, and we know some of the other people living and working in Shapath Flats. It’s a practical way to run a company without needing a lot of expensive overhead or a polished corporate image. It is just our little home base.
