Smile Tea

Our office is at Plot No. A-6/202 in Ravi Residency. We’re located in Vadadla, right across from the New R.T.O. on N.H. No 8. It’s a busy part of the highway, so there’s always something happening outside. We go by the name Smile Tea. It’s a small business and we try to keep things friendly and easygoing. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us in a small space handling the orders. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our inventory. The location is good because people can find us easily, even if the traffic can be a bit loud. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the other people in Ravi Residency. It’s a mix of homes and small businesses. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have our desks and our tea samples. It’s a very practical setup. We don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up, do our work, and try to keep a positive attitude. It’s a decent way to make a living. We aren’t trying to be the most famous brand, we just want to be reliable. That’s what we focus on every day and it works.
