Shreeji Medical Agencies

Our place, which is called Shreeji Medical Agencies, is located at number 3 Krishna Road. It is mostly a distribution point for medicines, but we also handle some local needs when people stop by. The building is a bit on the older side and it has that very specific smell of various medicines as soon as you walk through the door. We have boxes and crates stacked up quite high in the back storage room. Most of our daily work involves checking through long invoices and talking to different suppliers on the telephone. It is a bit different from working in a regular retail pharmacy where you see walk-in customers all day. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving heavy boxes around and organizing the stock by date. The road outside on Krishna Road is usually very packed with delivery bikes and three-wheelers. It is certainly not the quietest place to spend your day. We have a small wooden desk near the front entrance where we keep all the files and paperwork. It is usually covered in pens, rubber stamps, and old notebooks. We aren't trying to be anything special or fancy, just a reliable spot for medical supplies. My uncle helps me out with the accounts because it can get very confusing with all the different batch numbers. We have a couple of ceiling fans going to keep the air moving. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish counting everything so we don't fall behind on the next day's orders.
