Shahi Masala Gruh Udhyog

Our place, Shahi Masala Gruh Udhyog, is located at No-1664 on Timba Road in Dariyapur. We are right near the Lal Bava temple area. It’s a small operation, mostly run by family and a few neighbors. We spend our days grinding and mixing different spices. The smell is very strong, especially when we are doing the red chilies. It makes everyone sneeze, but it’s a good smell. We use old-style machines that make a lot of noise, but they get the job done right. We don't have fancy packaging with bright lights. Most of our stuff is put into simple bags for the local markets. Dariyapur is a crowded place, and Timba Road always has something going on. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time. People know our name because their parents bought from us too. It’s not about being a big company. It’s about making sure the masala tastes the way it should. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to finish the work by hand, but we don't mind. It’s just how things are done here. We enjoy the work and the people who come by to buy a few kilos for their own kitchens. It feels like we are part of the daily life of this town. Every batch we make is handled with care because we live right here too.
