Sangita E Services is over here in Vallabh Vidyanagar. We are based inside the Kaydee Sales Corporation building, right at number 44 in the GIDC Estate. If you know the area, you know it is mostly industrial and there are always trucks moving around. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the digital work done. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just how things go in the estate. We have been in this spot for a bit now, helping people with their online forms and various electronic services. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially with all the machinery nearby in other units. Most of the guys from the surrounding workshops drop by when they need something printed or scanned. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a busy spot because of all the factories nearby, so there is always someone coming in through the door with a piece of paper or a question about a government portal. We keep our desks a bit messy with notes and files, but we know where everything is. It is a straightforward operation. We just open up in the morning, deal with whatever tasks come our way, and close up when the sun starts to go down over the industrial sheds. It’s just us doing our bit in this part of Anand. We like the coffee from the stall down the road.
