S K Glass Industries

S K Glass Industries is tucked away at No 11/12 in Jetun Park Society. We are close to the 100Ft Road and the Old Water Tank Road, right on Indira Gandhi Marg. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood. Working with glass is a noisy business. You hear the cutting and the clinking of sheets all day long. We have big racks where we keep the different types of glass. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving the heavy sheets and making sure nothing chips or cracks. The floor is usually covered in some dust and small scraps that we have to sweep up constantly. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our space is used for the actual work and storage. Trucks pull up near the entrance to load up finished pieces or drop off new supplies. It can be a bit of a tight squeeze on the road sometimes. We just focus on getting the cuts right and making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. There’s no big management team or polished office staff here. Just a group of people who know how to handle glass without breaking too much of it. Every day is different depending on what kind of shapes or sizes people are asking for. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been here at Jetun Park Society for a long time.
