Rutvi Telecommunication

Our place is at 210, Radha Soami Sumit, right on Gopi Cinema Road. If you know where the cinema is, we are just a short walk from there. We spend most of our time dealing with phones, lines, and all the communication stuff that keeps businesses running. It gets pretty loud on Gopi Cinema Road during the day, but we’re used to it by now. The office isn't very big, but it’s packed with cables and different types of hardware. We started Rutvi Telecommunication because we liked working with our hands and fixing things that people rely on. When a phone line goes down or the internet acts up, people get stressed, so we try to get it sorted out without making a big fuss. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal neighbors. Sometimes the work involves climbing up or crawling under desks to find a loose wire. It’s not always clean work, but it needs to get done. We’ve been in this building for a bit and know the other tenants. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out at a customer’s site. When we are in the shop, we’re usually testing a piece of equipment or sorting through boxes. It’s a steady life and we like it that way. We're just here on Gopi Cinema Road doing our thing every day.
