Rosalkyd

Our place, Rosalkyd, is over at Plot No. 306/3 in the Gidc area of V U Nagar. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there are always big trucks moving and people in work clothes walking around the streets. We have a few big mixing tanks and some piping that runs all along the walls. It certainly isn't a place for people who like to stay perfectly clean. There’s usually a bit of a chemical smell in the air around the plot, but you honestly get used to it after the first few minutes of being here. We spend a lot of our time checking temperatures and making sure everything is flowing correctly through the pipes. It’s a lot of waiting around for things to happen followed by a lot of rushing around to get the drums filled. We aren't a big corporation with a lobby or a receptionist; we just have a small metal desk near the main entrance where we keep our paperwork and the phone. Sometimes the V U Nagar heat makes the work feel twice as hard as it should be, but we have some big fans that help a little bit. We’ve been at this plot for a while now and know the local rhythm of the estate. The delivery drivers know exactly where to back their trucks in without us even asking. It’s a steady kind of life.
