Rc Sojitra Foundation

Our foundation is based at 1 Japan Park, which is right opposite Chaitanya Vihar here in Anand. It is a nice enough neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to the bigger cities. Most people know the Japan Park area, so we don’t usually have to give too many directions. The office is just a regular building where we set up our desks and chairs to handle the foundation business. We spend most of our mornings getting through the mail and checking on whatever projects are currently on the table. It’s a simple setup. We have some tea, talk about the day’s work, and then get to it. The view outside is just the street and the houses nearby. It’s comfortable and it works for what we need. Sometimes the traffic picks up near Chaitanya Vihar, but mostly it’s just the sound of the neighborhood. We’ve been in Anand for a while and like being in this specific spot. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just the name so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s just us here, keeping things running and making sure the paperwork gets filed correctly. No big bells or whistles, just a local foundation doing its thing every day. We usually lock up around five or six depending on how much work is left on the desks. It gets pretty quiet here in the evenings after everyone else heads home for their dinner.
