We’ve been here at Vallabh Vidyanagar for a while now, right across from the Architect College. If you know the Bhaikaka Library, we are just a short walk from there. Most days it’s just us in the office handling whatever comes up. People drop in asking about bus timings or trying to figure out how to get to the next town over. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office where we keep our registers and the computer. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the afternoons when the students are leaving the college, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of the local travel stuff and some longer trips too. Sometimes the printer acts up right when someone is in a hurry, which is always how it goes. We try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules over and over. You might see us standing outside the door sometimes just to get a bit of fresh air. It’s a decent spot to work from. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the library is still there, and the college kids keep the area busy. If you’re around Anand and need help with a ticket or just want to see what the routes look like these days, you can find us easily enough. We don't have fancy signs or anything, just the name on the door and our desks inside.
