Prime Eateries Private Limited is our company, and we operate out of the third floor at H. No. D-14 in Anand Vihar. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs, which we are all used to by now. We’re very close to the Arya Samaj Mandir, which is a big landmark around here and helps people find us when they get lost. Anand Vihar is always buzzing with people and activity, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. Our office is just a few rooms where we handle all the business side of our eateries. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s more of a quiet workspace where we can focus. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the food scene in this part of the city. Most of us have lived around here for a long time, so we know the area well. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor; we’d rather just keep the lights on and the work moving. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic and the temple nearby, but we like the energy. We’re just a small team of people trying to run things properly and keep our heads down. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s our job and we’re happy to be here.
