We are located at Plot No. 1801/4 in Phase IV of the G.I.D.C Industrial Estate. It’s right across from the Shrirang Tobacco Co., which is a pretty good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Vitthal Udyog Nagar is a place where things are always being made or fixed. The air always smells a bit like industrial work and the roads are usually full of trucks. Plant Engineering Services has been part of this landscape for quite some time now. Our workshop is usually noisy because there is always a machine running or someone welding something in the back. We don’t have a carpeted office or air conditioning in every room. It’s a workspace meant for hard work. We spend a lot of our time looking at machine parts and trying to figure out why they stopped working. The team here is small, and we’ve all been working together for years. We know the machines better than we know our own cars sometimes. It’s a grit-under-the-fingernails kind of life, but we like it. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy charts. If a plant has a problem, we go and look at it. We talk to the operators and we find a way to get it back up. That’s really all there is to it. We’ve been in this same spot through plenty of ups and downs in the industry.
