Pavannandan Infra LLP is based in Anand. Our office is actually at Prakashkumar Nagindas Patel’s place, Laxminarayan Nilay. It’s right on Kalpana Talkies Road. If you know the cinema, you know where we are. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character. We deal with infrastructure projects across the region. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, very informal. You’ll often find us sitting around a wooden table discussing the next load of bricks or where to find a good crane. We don't use a lot of technical jargon unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, it’s just plain talk about how to get a wall straight or a road paved. The heat in Anand can be something else, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay out of the sun when we can. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit. Our address is easy to find, even if the traffic on the talkies road gets jammed up in the evenings. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of lists of things to do. We keep it simple and try not to overcomplicate the projects we take on. Sometimes we stay late to finish drawings, but we usually try to get home for dinner when the site work allows it.
