We are based in Anand, right here in Gujarat. It’s a good place to have an infrastructure company because there is always something being built or improved around the state. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the management and planning. We have been in this area for quite some time now and know the local landscape pretty well. The 388001 area is our home base. It’s where we get together every morning to go over the schedule and see what needs to be done. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, but we have enough people to handle the work that comes our way. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the challenges of each project. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times we have to deal with delays or material issues. That is just the nature of the business. We don't try to sugarcoat things or act like we are something we are not. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and want to do a good job. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we are used to it. Anand is a great community to be a part of and the people here are very hardworking. We just try to fit in and contribute.
