Parv Industries

You can find Parv Industries over at Plot Number 511 in Phase-IV of the GIDC in Vitthal. This is an industrial zone, so it’s all about production and manufacturing here. Our building is a simple structure that serves its purpose. We spend our days on the factory floor mostly. There is a lot of noise from the machines and the constant movement of materials. We handle various industrial processes depending on what the current orders are. It’s a dusty environment, and the heat during the summer months can be quite intense. We’ve been based in Vitthal for a while and have seen the GIDC area grow over time. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors. Our office is just a small room off to the side of the main workshop where we keep the books and take calls. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we know how to work together without much talk. We aren't into fancy presentations or marketing slogans. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get everything right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We keep moving and stay focused on the daily output. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well and we stay occupied.
