Nimit Fertilizer

The office here at Nimit Fertilizer is located in Pooja Estate, specifically units F-43 and F-44. We are right across from where Raka Steel Traders sit in the GIDC area of Vu Nagar. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in and out of the estate at all hours. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking bags in the storage area. Dealing with fertilizers means you get used to the smell pretty fast, though visitors sometimes mention it when they first walk in. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the guys here have been around for years, so we know the local farmers and the distributors by their first names. We don’t bother with much paperwork beyond what is necessary to keep things moving. There is always a stack of invoices on the desk and maybe some tea being made in the back corner. The GIDC can be a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we just keep at it. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. It is a straightforward business. We move the product, talk to the regulars, and try to keep everything organized enough so we don't lose track of the orders. Sometimes we forget to lock the back gate until late, but we have never had any real trouble.
