Working out of a villa in Anand is a bit different than being in a city center. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still work just as hard. The area around Parth Villa is mostly quiet, which is good when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big reception area or a board of directors in suits. It’s just us, working out of a few rooms that we’ve set up with computers and desks. Sometimes the neighbors come by or we see the kids playing in the street nearby. It’s a very local feel. We don't have any mission statements or grand visions that we talk about all the time. We just talk about what needs to be done before the day is over. The walk to the nearby shops for a quick break is something we do quite often. Anand is a nice place to be based, and being near landmarks like Uma Bhavan makes it easy for people to find us if they need to. We just go about our business in a quiet way. There’s no need for anything fancy or polished when the work speaks for itself. Next Star Global Private Limited is just a small office in a villa where we try to do a good job every day.
