Milcent Appliances

You can find Milcent Appliances over at 20, A18 Road in Vithal Udyognagar. We are part of the GIDC area, so it’s all factories and warehouses around us. We put together different kinds of home appliances in our unit. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with components, boxes, and tools. We don't have a showroom or any fancy displays here. If you come by, you’ll probably see us unloading a truck or testing some of the motors. It’s a busy environment and there is always something that needs fixing. The GIDC is a bit of a maze, but we’ve been at this address long enough that most people know where we are. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. We don't have any corporate slogans or big meetings. We just start at eight in the morning and work until the day's tasks are done. Sometimes we have to deal with part shortages or shipping delays, which can be a real headache. The summers here in Gujarat are brutal, so we have a few big fans blowing in the workshop to keep us from melting. We aren't trying to be a global name. We just want to make decent appliances that people can use in their homes. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time. No fuss, just regular work.
