Anam Exports

Anam Exports is right on Station Road in F-3 Kisore Plaza. Being near the station means there is always someone coming or going. It’s a very active part of the city. Kisore Plaza is an older building, but it has character. Our space, F-3, isn't very large. We’ve got our supplies stacked along the walls and a couple of computers on the desks. We handle exports, so there is a lot of back and forth with shipping companies. The noise from the trains and the traffic is constant. You get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us making sure things go where they are supposed to. We aren't interested in making the office look like a showroom. It’s a place of work. We keep track of everything in our notebooks and on the screen. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the afternoon sun. We just turn the fans on and keep going. People often stop by because we are so close to the station. It’s a convenient spot for meetings, even if we just stand near the entrance for a chat. Anam Exports has been here long enough that we know the other shop owners. We share a bit of gossip and keep an eye on things. It’s a regular life for us here.
