Jalaram Clinic

Our clinic is right here in Jhalod. It is a small place because Jhalod is a quiet town where everyone kind of knows each other. We don't have a big staff or fancy machines, just the basic things we need to help the people who live around here. Most days are pretty steady. We open up early and stay until the last person is seen, even if the sun has already gone down. Sometimes that takes longer than we thought it would when we started the day. Life in Jhalod is slow and we like it that way. The clinic is just a simple building on a regular street. We have a few chairs out front and a desk where we keep the files in tall stacks. Everything is done by hand mostly. You won't find any high-tech stuff here, just a doctor and some basic supplies for the community. We see a lot of farmers and families from the nearby villages too. They come in on market days or whenever they have a problem that won't go away. We try to keep the place clean and welcoming, but it's a working clinic, so there is always some clutter near the supply cabinet. The floor gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up outside and blows through the door. We’ve been in this spot for years and don’t plan on going anywhere else. It’s just a part of the town now. People stop by to chat even when they aren’t sick.
