Inside Solution

Inside Solution is a small operation based at Office No. B-17 in Kashi Estate. We are right by the Gamdiwad Char Rasta, which is a pretty busy intersection. You can always hear the horns and the constant movement of the city from our windows. We do various solution-based work from here, mostly sitting at our desks and working through tasks on our computers. The office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty close to each other. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to sort through, but we make it work. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. There’s no big sign outside, just a small one by the door that is easy to miss. We don't really have a lobby or a waiting area because we don't get many random walk-ins. It's mostly just us doing our thing and staying busy. Sometimes we have tea breaks together and talk about things other than work to clear our heads. It’s a very relaxed environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. The space is functional and that is all we really need for now.
