Hari Medical Agency

Our agency is based at number 9 in the S.B. Complex. We are right on College Road, which is usually full of students and staff going back and forth. Being near Navjivan Hospital is a big part of why we are here, as we provide a lot of medical supplies that people need in a hurry. It’s a bit different from a small retail shop because we function more as an agency, dealing with more volume. The complex is a busy place with other offices and shops around us. We spend a lot of hours on the phone or talking to people who come in to pick up supplies for the hospital or their own use. There’s always a bit of a rush in the mornings when the hospital starts its main shifts. We keep the shelves stacked high, and sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by boxes of medicine. College Road has its own rhythm, especially with the young people always around. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft music playing, just the sound of the street and the work we are doing. It’s a bit of a dusty spot, but we do our best to keep everything clean. We’ve been here long enough that most of the doctors and staff at Navjivan know us by name. It’s just our daily life, nothing more.
