We are located right near the High School in Navli, across from the Kanyashala. Because of the schools, our day is pretty much timed by the bell. When school lets out, the place gets flooded with kids and it’s a bit of a scramble to keep up. The rest of the time, it’s actually quite peaceful here. We handle all kinds of beverages and keep them stocked in the back. The building is older, but it stays relatively cool inside. We don't do anything special to get noticed, just rely on being in a spot where everyone walks past. My wife helps me out in the afternoons when it gets the most crowded. We’ve lived in Navli our whole lives, so we know just about everyone who comes through the door. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. Just a local shop where we keep the shelves full. Sometimes we have to deal with the delivery trucks blocking the narrow road, which bothers the neighbors, but we try to be quick. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases and checking the dates on everything. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We don’t have any big goals, just keeping the shop running and making sure the regulars are taken care of when they by for a drink. The weather is usually the biggest factor in how much we sell each day. We just take it one day at a time.
