B.Rama Krishna

Setting up shop here across from Indrapuri Society has been quite a journey. B.Rama Krishna isn't one of those places with a glass front and a receptionist. It’s more of a practical space where we handle things as they come. Being so close to the 100 Feet Road means there is always noise from the bikes and trucks passing by, but you get used to it after a week or two. The Anand-Lambhvel Road is usually packed, so we often see familiar faces stuck in traffic right outside our door. Inside, things are a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. My cousin helps out with the books sometimes, and we have a couple of guys who have been with us since we opened. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. If someone calls or walks in, we just talk to them like normal people and see if we can help out. The shop floor gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time just wiping things down. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day, mostly from the stall down the lane. It’s a simple life, really. We open up early, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure nobody leaves frustrated. It’s just how we’ve always run things here, without any fuss or complicated rules.
