Venus Trading Co.

Venus Trading Co. is situated at Plot No. 6/C/2 in the Anand Ind. Estate. We are right near the Borsad Chokdi on Borsad Road. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving around us. There is a constant stream of lorries and small tempos coming through the gates. Our space is mostly filled with stock and boxes stacked up toward the ceiling. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle everything around to make room. The office is just a corner partitioned off with some plywood where we keep the computer and the bills. It’s a dusty place because of all the traffic on Borsad Road, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the inventory lists. It isn't a high-tech operation, just a regular trading business where we try to keep track of what comes in and what goes out. The midday sun can make the estate feel very hot, so we usually slow down a bit during those hours. Sometimes the neighbors come over to borrow a hand truck or just to complain about the traffic at the chokdi. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our brew. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us in the estate.
