Our office for Alley Hr Consulting Private Limited is out in Karamsad, which is near Anand. We are located at A-6/301 in the Mepal Oasis building. It’s near the Saheb Bunglow, which is a well-known spot in the village. Working in Karamsad is a bit different than being in a huge city like Ahmedabad. It’s a bit quieter, but we still keep very busy. Our team handles HR consulting, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. The office is comfortable enough, with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. Mepal Oasis is a standard building, and it’s easy for us to get to work from the surrounding areas. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten used to the pace of life in the Taluka. There isn't any complicated philosophy behind what we do. We just help businesses with their staffing and just tell people what we can actually do. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or it gets hot in the afternoons, but that’s just part of working here. We appreciate the local feel of the village and the fact that we can get our work done without the stress of a massive office park. It is a good place to be for a company like ours. We just keep moving forward.
